Psychedelic Classes for the Community
Innate Path is expanding our mission to bring what we’ve learned from over a decade of working with psychedelics therapeutically, to the whole community. We believe it is time to embrace a new, hopeful and uplifting perspective of health and wellness and what it means to take care of ourselves and the world.

Personal Practice for Couples: 6 Week Intensive Retreat
The Alchemy of Healing in Relationship:
A method for using our committed, intimate relationships as a path to self actualization and connection
Using psychedelics or expressive medicines mindfully as a couple can be one of the most healing, magical practices imaginable. Instead of the traditional talk therapy designed mostly to help couples manage entrenched battles and triggers, we are offering a very different approach. We practice a parallel process, where each person explores their own psyche, in the presence of and in the support of their partner. We refer to this practice as ‘relational alchemy’ and has the power to heal aspects of our relationships we thought were impossible to fix.
This intensive is an advanced practice that requires each person to take full responsibility for their own experience, which may sound daunting but the results are life changing: healed bonds, more genuine compassion, more joy and a restoration of appreciation and enjoyment of family life. Learn how to turn misunderstandings to profound teachings.
We ask anyone interested in this intensive to have experience with psychedelic medicines or ceremonial practice (including meditation), or to have a solid history of couples therapy. We make this request as this practice takes a certain level of emotional and mental stability and commitment.
Next intensive runs for 6 weeks beginning October 8th

Roots of Relief - Rethinking Recovery Group
Our use of substances and other compulsive behaviors is often a way to find relief from the individual and collective burdens we hold. This group is a space to explore the innate intelligence behind those behaviors—our attempts to find solutions to bridge the disconnection from ourselves, our bodies and others. Our work will reveal how these behaviors, while often viewed as self-sabotage, are a profound effort to heal. As we guide you toward your own inner truth, we will cultivate healing, alleviate feelings of shame and isolation, and build a sense of connection and community.
This group is different from a lot of other “recovery” approaches. The priority here is not a specific outcome, but the process of healing. We will work alongside you to find your own path, honoring every step forward—whether that means reducing use, using more safely, or eventually choosing abstinence. The focus is on your well-being, not on an external mandate. Addressing the underlying pain that drives compulsive substance use is our goal. Abstinence is not required; as core issues are resolved, patterns of use often shift on their own.

Workshops
Postpartum Recovery Workshop
Pregnancy and the experience of birthing a child has a much greater impact on us than our culture tends to acknowledge. It is a profound right of passage that requires us to greatly expand our capacities beyond normal day to day life. Afterward we need to ‘move on’ to another profound journey, that of motherhood, often leaving behind the birth experience to concentrate fully on the parenting. If anxiety, depression or difficulties with bonding arise, we don’t suspect these symptoms are coming from the unprocessed experiences during pregnancy or labor and delivery.
Please join this class if you are experiencing emotional or mental health symptoms after the birth of a child. We can help you identify the source of your symptoms and offer suggestions for treatment with or without the use of psychedelic medicines or breath work. In truth, our bodies themselves are psychedelic and heal naturally from difficult experiences with the right support.
