Two-Week Retreat-Style Psychedelic Therapy Training

For non-local and local practitioners wanting a condensed yet highly experiential form of our original Innate Path Training

Our years of experience have shown us that the key to being a great psychedelic therapist or guide is being deeply engaged in your own healing work. To this end, we have designed a fully experiential psychedelic therapy training in which practitioners learn the model from the inside out - by experiencing it firsthand as a client undergoing their own transformation.

First, we spend a day in teaching mode: Explaining the core tenets of the model, the key concepts that help us understand why we do what we do. We dive into somatic theory, parts work, transferential work, concepts around trauma and the nervous system, ways we use psychedelics, and more so that you understand the terrain we’ll be covering.

Once the theoretical framework is explored, we offer an embodied understanding of the model by holding 5 ketamine- or cannabis-asssisted therapy sessions for each participant, which are witnessed by 1-2 other training participants, who further their learning by watching the process. Following each medicine-assisted session, the trainer discusses the session in relation to the model, describing the reasoning behind specific interventions and offering an in-depth conceptualization of the events of the session.

Every few days, the cohort meets for a process group led by one of the trainers. This is a space to discuss one’s personal process as well as ask questions to deepen one’s understanding of the model.

As this is a retreat-style 2-week intensive, participants will be receiving a 2-hour medicine-assisted therapy session every few days and will be witnessing a medicine-assisted session almost every day. Participants should expect to spend 2-4 hours per day in the training, all scheduled during regular business hours (with a few sessions possibly scheduled over the weekend). Given the frequency with which sessions will be held, participants should be prepared for a deep dive into their own emotional work.

Cost for Training: $4,500

Additional Cost of meeting with one of our prescribers (approximately $300) + price of ketamine (approximately $60) not included with program cost.

Program open to both therapists and non-therapists. All trainers are therapists, but we have seen many talented people of all different backgrounds go through our training throughout the years.

Next Group Forming in late spring 2026
